Happy Holidays!

Decembers are always crazy, but this one seems to have been worse than normal. I've done quite a bit of traveling, which when combined with kids stuff, probably explains it. There is also the matter of a certain book that needs to get written! Deadlines don't care about the holidays, LOL.

Hope all of you are enjoying a great break with lots of family & friends. And for those of you like me who have to work--we can commiserate together.

Here's to a happy and prosperous New Year for us all! Can you believe it's almost 2012? Wasn't it just the millennium?

Happy Holidays to you, too, Monica. I hope your yesterday was awesome. Here's hoping the deadline doesn't get to you too bad. And that we all have a prosperous 2012.

And no, I can't believe it's already twelve years into the 2000s. Where did all that time go?

Had a great day yesterday, B.E., hope you did as well. It really is strange that 12 years have gone by since 2000, I was thinking about it yesterday, and it really does feel like yesterday.

Happy New Year to All!

2-3 day weekends for me. Yea! :)

Where to start....

I'm heading to my college on Jan.5 to pick up my textbooks for my final semester.

Took a placement test with Rasmussen College (we won't discuss my spending 2 hrs on the math section)...the reading and writing sections were fun. :) I hope to begin with them in 2013.

I belong to AHIMA.org since my major is Medical Coding...I've been asked to blog on Health Information topics for them once a month for 2012. Exciting! I love to write.

Oh, my word! I have just finished reading "The Ranger" and I have fallen deeply and madly in love with this character, Arthur! Oh, how I wish such a perfect man existed! I am an avid reader and this is the first book of your collection that I have had the pleasure to read. My emotions have been on edge for 2 days! LOL I have cried and laughed. When Arthur (Ranger) was beaten and thrown in with the rat's, my heart started, racing. I felt as if I were there. Thanks for allowing me to escape reality and get lost in such an amazing book!

Hey Monica, just wanted to let you know I passed all sections of the Rasmussen College placement test...even that dreaded math section. lol I'm so relieved....now no extra core foundation classes in English or Math when I'm ready to start.
