Precocious Little Readers?
I'm blogging over at Mamawriters today about my daughter and her precocious reading tendencies. Pop on over and let me know what you think is an appropriate age to start reading romance and how I'm going to keep her away from my books until then!

sigh, I am wondering the same thing about my own little girl. I went through this with Twilight, finally breaking down and letting her read it. I guess just try to compromise with young adult lit telling her that yours is too mature? let me know what you decide, maybe I'll do the same.
Laurie,
Adorable picture BTW! Glad I'm not alone. My daughter is a fraidy cat so Twilight hasn't been an issue...yet. I think next time she starts looking over the shoulder I'll tell her that although my books are for adults there are some romances for teens and tell her that when she wants we can get her some of those. I really want to keep the lines of communication open to avoid the "sneaking." That's where I am right now, but I probably have a couple of years to figure it out. I'll definitely follow up!
You know, I've been thinking about it, and I was reading Harlequin novels in jr. high. I wish I could remember more what age I really was (13?) but I blame Harlequin for making me want to write! :)
Same thing for me...completely! I wish I still had some of those old ones. There are a couple I still remember...
